This is Got Usagi?, a blast from the past for probably at least a few of you. This is a WEBRING, yes those old things from the 1990s/early 2000s internet, before fanlistings were ever created. A webring was, and still is a way to connect many websites (and fans) all with the same interest and in this case, its Usagi Tsukino from Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon! I find webrings way more fun than fanlistings ever were and maybe they'll become popular again. Who knows!

Got Usagi? is not an orignal idea of mine... it was first created by the former owner, Kento of the long defunct usa-ko.com back way before 2001. All credit goes to him (original idea, name and code) where ever he may be now... but at least the webring can live on with this new version!

Got Usagi? is not limited to just Sailor Moon sites and the like, it is for anyone and everyone with some type of web space who loves Sailor Moon and our heroine Usagi! Because a daily dose of odangos is just as good as milk, right?

what is a webring?

A webring is a collection of websites linked together in a circular structure, and usually organized around a specific theme, often educational or social. They were popular in the 1990s and early 2000s, particularly among amateur websites, but have since become quite rare.

To be a part of the webring, each site has a common navigation bar; it contains links to the previous and next site. By clicking next (or previous) repeatedly, the surfer will eventually reach the site they started at; this is the origin of the term webring. However, the click-through route around the ring is usually supplemented by a central site with links to all member-sites; this prevents the ring from breaking completely if a member site goes offline.

Rules

- First you must have a domain/website/journal/tumblr, something which you can post the webring code.
- Please try to have the code on some kind of MAIN page. The purpose quickly becomes pointless if the code isn't shown off somewhere easy for visitors to see.
- After you join the webring, please add the code to your site so that it may be approved.

Get The Code

Just copy and paste the code to your site after joining. You may customise the code with any Usagi gif from the Sailor Moon: Another Story video game. A large choice of images can be found on here. MAKE SURE TO CHANGE [siteid] to the specific id you choose when you sign up and remove the '[ ]'.
