In Augest of 2009, Himaruya released another installment of his Noto-sama game series taking place in the Gakuen Hetalia universe. It centers around the crossdressing character from one of Himaruya's other series, 'Kitakou Housoubu.' During one of the routes in this game, you're able to meet America (he saves Noto from being run over by an on-coming bus). When he appears, a theme song begins to play, and another song plays during the ending credits of the route.

The song played during America's initial apperance is a song by San Francisco based composer David Perrin. He isn't signed onto any lable, but writes music for the online production music market and has had his music licensed all over the world for use in films, games and websites. Many of his songs are up and listenable on his YookaMusic account.

The Underdogs

The song featured in the credits of Noto-sama 6 is 'The Corner' from the ska band The Underdogs. The song is featured on the album: Quickstar Productions Presents : Ska 4 Life volume 3 and is downloadable on Amazon.com. While there are many groups with the same name, I have been unable to find anything else that matches this group's style and the singer's voice.
